Much of what is marketed as “concierge” today is a booking engine in a different jacket. We are something else: a private office that takes mandates, not orders.
That means scoping the situation before scoping the work, involving the right specialists when needed, and staying with the brief until it is finished — across geographies, time zones and counterparties.
We work with a small number of clients at a time, on purpose.
